Buy dolomitic lime at Home Depot etc, pulverize some of it, then sprinkle on soil before watering.

I think a good amount is 15g unless someone says otherwise.

sodium carinate aka soda ash....a PHup used for pools/spas

home depot is kind of a big store if i can remember right whould you happen to know what section it would be in?

It should be somewhere in the gardening department. You'll save yourself some calories if you just ask an employee right away.
