I do, but for me these "relapses" don't involve feeling high, but rather sudden decreased cognitive function, extreme sleepiness, and a general feeling of being in a half-awake stupor. It happened to me the other day in differential equations class. I was sitting there taking notes, then suddenly I realize I've been staring off into space the last twenty minutes and I'm completely lost. I also tend to feel confused a lot, forget what I'm doing, etc. I have had some strange visual effects come on at random times. Not really hallucinations, but just random spots and effects in my peripheral vision.
