has anyone did this if they had no pappers just take all the tobbaco out of a ciggarette and just filled it with weed and cut the filter off an what not? what do u do if u have no pappers or bongs or pipes or parachutes whut do u do then?

I heat up a small pocket knife, press it on a bit of bud, and inhale the vapor. It also hardly smells at all, so you can do it if you're worried about getting caught.
