Because they were born somewhere and live somewhere else.

Or they were raised somewhere and moved somewhere else.

They don't have friends that they hang out VERY CLOSELY with that they've known since they were kids?

Or they move around alot.

Yeah..that's why we all smoke pot. I think.

I was born in the same place I am now.
Pretty much been here all my life.
I got a couple of people I known from primary school.. see them about 5 times a week.
Havn't been able to move around alot.. No car and no job opportunitys out of town..
