low carb diet and exercise?
Dieting and exercizing, along with abstaining, are really the only two methods of ridding the body of THC metabolites.
Keep in mind though that when a fat cell is burned, the THC metabolite is not burning with it. Instead, the THC metabolite is released back into the bloodstream, to eventually exit through the urine and bowels. Thats why people test positive for THC after 30 or more days of substantial useage.
Yes dieting and exercizing does help, but with the above being stated, you want to avoid exercizing 0-3 days prior to deadline. During this period, the idea is to not release the THC metabs, but to keep them stored in the fat cells. This can be accomplished by eating large meals and be lazy as possible during this time. And, of course, remain abstained.Burnt Toast Reviewed by Burnt Toast on . low carb diet and exercise? Since the basis of a low carb diet is that is forces your body to burn fat for fuel, I was wondering if this could be an effective way along with exercise to get clean in a hurry. Anybody have any thoughts? thx Rating: 5To view the Board Rules: http://boards.cannabis.com/introduce...ard-rules.html
