use ur lighter and hold ur chillum upside down. Put the flame directly into the bowl and hold it there so the resin can heat up. after keeping ur lighter there for about 30-45 seconds take a paperclip or something that can easily scrape it out and just scrape it out. If you have heated it enough the resin should just like come off like butter. hope that helps.

dont use a lighter, use a propane torch or similar, it will heat up in 10 seconds compared to 1-2 mins for a lighter.
