Hushmail and Safe-mail are the best out.
I like Safe-mail.net myself.
If you are good on computers and programming you can haxx a hotmail account very swiftly same with yahoo or any major junk mail chain.

It's for generating a totally unique key (used to encrypt your messages on the backend) to go with your account. The movements you make are translated into data, and because the movements/data are random and completely one-of-a-kind your key is safe.

Confusing? Maybe. Just follow the directions.
