How to make a CFL fixture for under $40......

The grow is going fine. They are starting to flower nicely and will be done in about 4 - 5 more weeks. I have them under a 400w HPS and two 150w CFL spirals under. Its a pretty small cabinet i have these sativas in but fortunately they have stopped stretching and are now developing more flowers. I should have cut all six down to single stems but since i am a newbie and i thought i would get more out of letting them grow wild, i did. We'll just have to compare to future grows.
