I read a rule in the California Health And Safety code that possession of marijuana in cali is a criminal offense and is put on ur record for employers to look at but it said that minor marijuana misdemeanors are not to be disclosed if they are 2 years old and u have never been caught with weed in the last 2 years since the first offense. will i have to worry about disclosing this info to a major employing company? it said that the information may be outdated or inaccurate if minor weed misdemeanors are disclosed that are 2 years old. Ive only got caught with a roach and got fined 250 dollars. this happened to me in may of 2002. do i have to worry about anything because my family is expecting me to get this job. thanks people. ive never been finger printed or arrested or on probation.
