REFLECTORS VERSES MYLAR??

If you have an air cooled hood with glass there gerrrrrrreat.
If you don't then you are refelcting heat down on your plants almost as much as the light refelection and heat is bad (most of the time)

I must concur with this.

I've got an air cooled hood with a glass at the bottom. Right now, it's running one 400W MH. I've got a 50 CFM fart fan blowing through it... My plants are like 1" to 2" away from the glass of the reflector... As Z said... they're GrrrEEAT!
