Has anyone here ever seen the movie or played the newly released game The Warriors? It is one of the greatest movies of all time and the game rocks too. It is a 1979 action/thriller flick released by acclaimed director walter hill, about a fictional ney york city overrun by gangs, it focuses on one certain gang, an up and coming gang called the warriors. There is a truce and a meeting aranged by the biggest gang, and on the day of somehting goes terribly wrong for the warriors and eventually every gang in the city out to get revenge. The Warriors must make their way from one end of New York to their turf on the other side of the city. Its extemly thirlling with some AWSOME fight scenes and you care for the characters so much by the end of the film.

If you have ever seen the D12 Fight Music music video, that is based of of this movie. With emeniem and d12 moving threw the city fighting different gangs.

I had the origanl on VHS but picked up the DVD directors cut the other day. I was wondering if anyone else likes this movie, and who their favorite gang was if not the warriors.( its all about the Baseball furies or the boppers) Also whats your guys' favorite quotes/parts?

The game also kicks major ass, its done by rockstar toronto and is a beat-em-up type game, similar too streets of rage or old xmen games, but more modern. The story is amazing and there is tons of bonus shit. cool, cool game. I recomend the game to anyone who has seen the movie, and the movie for anyone who has played the game, youll love it. And for those who havnt done either? what r ye waiting for you wont be dissapointed

yea i got both the dvd and game.the game is chuffin sweet.my favorite move is the throw and smashin bricks on peeps skulls.
