The morning is definitely best if ur somewere comfortable but if you dont sober up over the day your always happy, u just might fall asleep a bit earlier.

The night time is the greatest because at my house my family sacks out pretty early so and me and my brother pull out the doob tube and smoke a blunt together. good times. me and my brother are close so we toke all the time.
