Hey all............Ousted.......there's a lot to do here in winter. ski, hot tub and go to hot springs, go to the Salty Dawg and Kharacters and drink beer, watch the northern lights, snowmobile, play music, snowboard, dog sled AND GROW GOOD POT! : :rasta:

FUNKEN MONKEY.........You'd dig it here in Alaska! I live 1/4 mile from ocean. We get clams, mussels, crab, huge fucking halibut and king salmon FRESH I know a lot of fishermen so I don't have to pay..........It's a good thing being a girl!

From my hot tub on my back deck, I can see the ocean, Mountains, Volcanos, glaciers. Moose and bear ocasionally cruise thru my back yard......Nearest stop light is 80 miles away! It's a good life :rasta:

i was a Gomer from Homer for a couple of years. fished out of the harbor down on the Spit.
summer was fan-TAS-tic, and i was on a boat all winter, too busy working to notice the lack of light.
oh yeah, that and i didn't see a single seed the whole time i was up there. nothing but bud that stuck to the bag.... mmmmm.... crystals.

My hubby and I are both from Homer! We love it there! He really wants to move back but cant for now...It is soooo beautiful there. Growing up there I didnt notice as much, but now when i go back i am blown away! I miss the people of AK... everyone there is so friendly and helpful.

People are so down to earth there. I miss waving at every other person that drives by and knowing most the people at the grocery store :dance:
