how does one do this, and with what utensil?

Clow Dee Reviewed by Clow Dee on 11-23-2005. Weed tea 2-3 cups of water and like 1/2-1 cup of milk, and hum i guess like 1.5 grams weed and about an hour... worked for me, more of a body high but i guess that was the type of weed. good luck . Rating: 5
