i know they got mad because they got called out and tried to say they were holding a memorial, but do these people look sad carrying the pictures of dead soldiers. No, they dont.

this is a common practice actually, more common that you might think.


rather than mourning the dead, praise them. dont get all bent down because of the dead, let their spirits lift your own, doing such will better lift the spirits of the dead than mourning them. your emotions affect the dearly departed, so why would you want them to feel badly because they are gone?


when my cousin died a couple years ago... or was it last year...? anyways... his mother had heald a celibration of life ceremony, instead of a funeral.

she wanted kevin to feel warm and happy, not sad and depressed, and the only way to interact with the dead is really interacting with yourself.

the dead see you depressed, and it will depress them, the dead see you happy, and it will elate them.


i, for one, wish to honnor the dead, not by bringing them down, but by lifting them higher.

Just stating the facts man, since shamsterdam said the leftist will celebrate at 2000 so i say lets celebrate at every 10 mark 10 a week. Plus i have many friends & family members(uncles,cuz)that are in Iraq & afghanistan so what happens there is always on my mind. and how do u know the IEDs r from iran just because the corporate news borg tell u that dont mean its true I have heard they are made in Israel what do u say about that? the only time i watch corporate news is when i need a good laugh, the pentagon, whitehouse is not a place to get the truth. sorry just dont trust any entity that surround its self with our Govt anymore(ie HELLiburton, corporatenews services ect, ect, ect). Needless to say i think everyone should pay attention to how many of our fellow americans have died it is also our right to know. Since I know for a fact people dont care or dont know how many have died, but whatever Im just a pothead who pays attention to what my Govt does.

If you are willing to open your mind, you'll find people of sickening values on both sides of the aisle. It's sad that we think "our side" is right no matter what.

Anyone who is happy over the death of soldiers who are doing their duty is a pathetic figure. And anyone who thinks it's un-American to question our government when it comes to policy that puts our soldiers into harms way should do some rethinking and perhaps reconsider what freedoms we are protecting, as opposed to freedoms you might be wanting to censor. I don't think our founding fathers viewpoint was that you are free to express your beliefs only as long as they don't disagree with mine.
