Hmmm you seemed to have missed the point or I didn't perhaps convey it in my post, I wasn't trying to make out I was hardcore, but instead that Chester is pretty chilled compared to other cities in the UK. Most cities you can't drink on the streets much less smoke a joint, however in Chester its not a problem. Sorry 3sheets for not making that clear
