Test for Eli Lilly

I recently applied for a job with Eli Lilly. They are a huge manufacturer of pharmaceutical products and are a big player in the field. And guess WHAT, any applicant must pass a drug test. The gentleman that I spoke with on the phone, who works for a consulting company that hires for IT techs for Lilly, told me that I would have to pass a back ground check and a drug screen and this was all the information that he gave me. So I dont know if they give the EMITT or GC/MS test. Since they have the capabilities to test in house and regulated by FDA so I dont know what to expect going into the test.

I am planning to go the Substitution route. I am either going to use Quick Fix or a sample provided by a friend. I just need to know if anyone watches you pee or if you are in a room alone?

I want to ask more questions to be more prepared for the test. What are the best ways to inquire about the test without raising to much suspicion? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I just went in for my test today with quick fix 4.0 and the first time was private. Due to the sample being *flat*-no smell, yes she freakin smelled it, I had to retest right there, supervised! Fortunately, There were a few others being tested, so she let me drink water so i could *pee* again. Umm, I had to put it in my yoohoo. I am a female, so I had to do it without being detected and before taking another sample. So I drank 3 cups and was ready. There was about 15 cc's left, and I got it in the cup without her detecting I had something up there. Scary as hell. That is all I gotta say. Still do not know results yet. I will post tomorrow to fill everyone in. Someone posted to my question regarding the smell and it is not part of the validity of the test. So I guess that means if everything else checks out with the sample I am fine. They cannot fail you for *lack* of smell.

Hey, what ever happened to your test results? Justa urine test. No hair test?

first off its not part of a testers protocol to be smelling your piss.What kind of sick asshole was he/she?
If it were me I would have raised hell and told them you'll seek legal action.:cursing:
The tester can only check for temp.
And if you smell piss all day sooner or later you can't smell it no more.
So Raise Hell!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
