alright, you get huge rips after you trip on DXM because...ready? DUMBASS. ITS A MOTHER FUCKING COUGH SUPRESSNT. i know from expirience that yes, it does make smokeing easier if you have a hard time keeping down huge hits. thats all ill say here, read the other dxm post if you want my thoughts and bitching on it haha.
