It isn't the arrangement of the stars, it's the gravitational pull of the moon on your body water when you are born.

we pisces only feel (very deep feelings) and we dont need "known" subjects
for example some ppl use his/her mind for a target, but we know end of this target (with out any logic and with just "deep feelings" )
