theirs usually a hole at end of ur pipe then u fill the smoke into the chamber then relase then it hits ur lugs pretty quick thats my guess why it gets u higher

theres to types of shot guns with smoking weed one is the carb or little clear hole on a bong or pipe and the other one is with the joints or blunts lit end in your mouth and then you blow and the girl puts her mouth up to the end of the j and takes the hit(asuming your a guy with a girl if not thats a bit gay unless you put your mouth on your fist and suck up the smoke)

yea it seems it's a common misconception that shotgunning is one person taking a hit and blowing it to the next person mouth.....what a real shotgun is, turning the device (joint,blunt, pipe if you can pull it off) backwards in your mouth and blowing really hard so it billows out smoke, a person on the other end takes the hit....and i doubt it'd be called a shotgun if it didn't hit you like one....
