If they had nukes Israel would have took em out already. Russia and China may get pissed when shit hits the roof but they no better than to retaliate. This one will be started by Israel, mark my words. As for the Arab world, why do you think they backed Saddam during the Iraq/Iran war? They know that if Iran goes on the march, they have an agenda that doesn't really conform the the Arab world in general.
