I just blow through a doob tube (water bottle with a hole in the bottom with the whole thing stuffed with dryer sheets) out the window, spray febreze or Ozium or Oust, and light some incense.

To keep it short:
1. Spoof (a.k.a. doob tube) - It's a lifesaver. Well, before the spoof I was using a large pillow which was working just as well.
2. Pack onies or cap the bowl to reduce excess smoke.
3. Axe and Febreeze - Febreeze for the room, Axe for me.
4. Icebreakers breath mints.

I never have any smell.
