I think they have a thankless job. Some are assholes but I sure would not want to live in a country without them. A lot of them are stuck enforcing rules they do not like but it is there job. I try to keep a low profile and they usually leave me alone. of course I am nearly 50 so that could be part of it. I just wish that there idiot bosses would learn to go after drugs and leave pot alone

yeah but dont they piss tests cops? so i dont think hes in it for the weed, dunno y he wants to become one. but whatever its his life and its what i guess he wants to do

i'm not sure on this, infact i dont' know...but i'd imagine that sure they'd be tested for awhile, but after so long working the force and not testing positive i'm sure they'd stop testing them, becasue it'd seem like a waste of money on a 'company' that doesn't have too much money to throw around to begin with...and even if they tested you for the rest of your life..there are still ways around testing positive...
