Take a little at a time, if you think you can handle more, then do it. Try to have a "Designated Driver" as i call them.

If you don't use the salvia properly you won't trip and will think it's all a joke. Believe me, it's not. Use a butane lighter and a bong. Hold the flame over the salvia the duration of the hit. Take 1-2 hits of 15x-20x or 2-3 hits of 10x or lower.

Have water handy. Salvia tastes foul.
