You pretty much want a 'mature' forum when some 18+ act like kids, While your 18+ plus forum would get rid of some of the people not being mature but would not get rid of it all. Some people are asses, post stupid stuff, and topics just dont read them. I'm only 15 and I consider myself to be pretty mature.

This was in response to my post. True, a forum's popularity is not necessarily contingent upon the maturity or 'greatness' of its users or topics, whatever your definitions of such might be. It is popular, however, because the lax moderation creates an atmosphere where people of all ages and backgrounds can gather and discuss serious topics, get needed information, or merely have some juvenile fun. I have no qualms with any of them; I've been known to indulge in all three types of conversation.

I assume that the word originated in the Roman days when the senate would gather to debate. Ah; a quick visit to www.dictionary.com confirmed my guess, and added more definitions, which, to be summed up, basically state that the word in question's meaning is a place or medium where people gather to openly voice opinions, and to debate. im 18 and a very responsible adult i believe weed smoking and all drug use is a 18 and older experiance your brain has not fully reached its coping point, its also a study that smoking underage can lead to enormous psychological defects so i dont condon drug use in children.15 and up now theres an exception.

ya 15 and up atleast... but i did smoke with a 12 year old once... i thought it was kinda ridiculos, and being brought up wrong... but hell i started at 14..
