fucking hell mate is it really that hard to get some rolling papers that u have to mkae a thread about it, i could find 20p on the floor if i was that desperate, and also if uve got a bong just smoke some fat bowls out of that, not my tool of choice but definately does the job

You have to be 18 (the age to smoke tobacco) to buy "tobacco" rolling papers and blunts.

I used to buy them all the time because the guy was cool.

depends on the clerk actually....i'm not sure about the actual law surrounding it, but i do know that a person will sell you papers one day, and the next he won't do it (of course that's if you can't provide proof your 18) there used to be a store around here where the guy woudl sell single papers for 50 cents each (yea it's a rip off but what's a kid to do lol)
