this is a proven method... it's from those anti-drug people that make movies for high schoolers.

it was like 10 minutes or so a day in the sauna for 30 days. this sweats it out, like exercising but faster. THC is fat soluble though, so while ur in the sauna, u will be tripping because some of it gets in the blood. LSD is also fat soluble, so u will probably have an acid trip if u've done it. a guy did acid 8 years before he tried the sauna, and he tripped.

the sauna also works on recycling THC u've used... sort of a free toke, if u smoke weed just go to a sauna and u'll get high.

but don't get scared and grab the grill.. it's hot as hell
