Well there's no question that that is possible. See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Soap_bar for example. You just have to trust your dealer not to, I guess. If you don't trust your dealer that much, find one you can trust.

ive heard an ounce of hash (soapbar not good hash!!!) in the uk sells for about Â£30
