Long story short...3 car collision....punched in the face with an air bag...wow my cars filling with smoke ...better get out...let me grab some shit that I don't want to burn in the car...weed was in a locked brinks box in the trunk and had about an ounce and couple viles of goo ...threw the shit I gathered in the trunk with my weed...ran to see if everyone was OK,everyone was OK...looked back my car wasn't on fire....here come the sirins....

This is what gets me everytime I tell this story...some old hag goes to the cop and says "that boy was doing wierd things after the accident"...So the cops were cool...they saw me running around limping helping people....
Mostly it seemed the cops didn't know what to do about my MJ...showed him my script and everything seemed cool...then "we're going to have to take this,you'll get it back after you go to court"

I didn't think they could take it...shit the cop didn't even really want to take it.

In California they are not supposed to take it unless they thought it was the cause of the accident. You need to petition the court to make the release your stuff. That's the way some local pigs play the game still today. It's not like they can get in any trouble or anything so pigs are just being pigs and ass holes when they do that. Now you need to ask yourself is it cheaper to buy more or spend your money on a lawyer to get it back. I hope they don't try to blame you for the accident and say it was your drugs that caused it. That is something they do all the time.

You may want to get ahold of the cal normal chapter and talk to them.

Thanks Zandor...I'm going to the next meeting...they didn't blame the accedent on the weed and it was in the morning so I was bright eyed.It seemed to me the cops didn't know what to do ,and they said I'd probably get it back depending on the judge.I was telling them how my script is for insomnia and some other pain issues...when one cop said,and I quote"It sure used to put me to sleep"ha ha I think the police in Cali. need a re-education on MJ laws.
But when it comes down to it I could fight for the cause with every stoner in town behind me or cut my losses and avoid all that attention...I don't know yet.

OK Zandor,when that accident happened they took my weed (not much)alot of moneys worth for me.Also they gave me a ticket to appear in court for the weed(probably to pay a fine or get it back)The judge might just toss the case after seeing that the po-po took my medical MJ for no reason.
I can't deside to keep this quite or speak out...I guess it depends on what happens in court.

Random idea's...get the court room full of our people when I appear...keep it quite.

by the way the accident was caused by not the dude in front of me but the dude in front of him and that guy bolted the seen.
Finding fault here may be difficult but the weed in the trunk locked in a brinks box...don't know how they could try and blame it on the MJ but there sneaky buggers. :stoned:
