I've never really found it hard to tell if somebody is a stoner or not. Kind of like a sixth sense. Well a seventh sense, because I see dead people.

Some are easier to tell than others obviously. I wear hemp shoes and a rasta hat :rasta: i guess u could assume but like an "underground" (sorry for the cliche) code is what im lookin for. Me and 3 of my friends have buzzed a weed leaf into the hair on the back of our necks bcause we have long hair so u cant really see it, but we all know each other so it serves no purpose. How hard is it to change the laws? Denver recently circulated a petition and now it's LEGAL to smoke and hold up to an ounce!! Remember the 60's; I was there; we changed things.
