i don't want the goverment to regulate weed cuase they will just fuck it up like everything else

A person I knew that was a dealer, in the mid-late 1970's, was positive that he would still be able to maintain a thriving unregulated exotic weed and hash business after eventual legalization and the usual governmental incompetence - for the same reason that you wrote. Thirty years later, weâ??re all still wondering when, of if, it will happen at all.
