Stupid cold tempetures

I have my plants in my attic, the only place I can grow them, but the temps get into the 40's at night.
FFFFFFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCCCCCCCKKKKKKKK
I hate fall and winter...

Could I put a heating pad under my plants to keep them warm or am I screwed until the slutty mother nature decides to give us better temp in the spring

you can put a raident heater in there with temperature control and a fan to move the air around. That would work
