Art, when I was in the city jail, in Amsterdam,NY, I was laying on the mat/bed/bench, on my fists and feet, and I kept whistling that over and over, including the distortion. In 2000. I can whistle forever.

edit: Every time I stopped, the guard would walk by to check if I was alright.

You are all welcome. I agree the song should not have been such a buried gem. And with Zero Revolt coming to a sudden tragic end, this song came in at the same time to post on the sites. It just had such a feel. So I posted that on the site I work at. I get to pick 2 from this new CD to give out free.

Then I thought about how tragic it is that so many here, so close as stoner family, dont have a real education for the weed, its history or what the hell good weed and hashish is. So the song I will pick today is "Too Cool For School" I will post a link later, but that has to go on the musictv site. Totally another head in that song but same artist performing.

Lord I do remember those planks in lockups. You actually had padding? I remember being in overnight once and they feed you baloney sandwiches. Like 2 pieces of Wonder white crap with a single thin slice of the worst sausage droppings from the floor stuffed in some non-biodegradable "skin". Shiver me timbers mate!

hmm i got pizza and soda the night i "slept" over. that song is way COOL! i was having a bad night with the fight at work, and the whole shit with my ex, i just chilled out and listened to that song. honestly i think he would have played it slower and without distortion, more like red house ( my fav jimmy song).

i downloaded cherrokee mist ( accoustic ) and it's now my favorite hendrix song. The day i was born...!!!

Cherokee's are cute, I've slept with a few. I once had a 16 year old Half-Cherokee and a 40-something year old Half-Cherokee in the same year. One was cuter than the other, though.

I have some sort of American Indian, as well as Canadian Indian, in me. I've never shot a bowl of an arrow, I mean a bow and arrow, but I was really good with those things you'd make with paper called "V-Darts" when you were at school.
