She's stretching. More light is what you need... and pushing the soil to straighten the stem is a very nasty habit not only is it a huge mechanical disturbance but your actually bending the stem when you do that.. this is almost training your plant to fall over, because when the stem streches it's growing from the base, therefore any new growth will be bent in the direction opposite you've been pushing the soil... You shouldn't try supporting her early on as long as the foliage looks healthy just let her grow and acclimate herself to the environment
