help i think i broke it

ok i no i broke it, this is a sin and i should be punished by means of sum excruciating decapitation, but i was a lil rough with one of my girls(green girls, not the other type) and i snapped a stalk my mate reckons this is guna be my best plant to, ive propped it back up so she standing nice and tall, but wat are the chances of survival, these plants are only small but lookin healthy,

she died, i tried puttin the stalk in some water but the sun dried it up and she died, enough to make you cry
