LOL. In the U.S.A. You go to county before you go to "PRISON"! If you can`t make bail then your fucked for 28 days? Till you go to court, Depends what you have done.

I know a dude thats done 20 years In prison. He went in for vadalism in the early 70`s.
He then killed a asshole for fucking with him. (ie. waking up to a pillowcase slamming your head with drink cans in it). He used a pitchfork prong.
