I get the 'spasms' every now and again, usually my legs, I always try and hide it when anyone's about, my mate caught me at it when we were out in the car and the bastards were laughing their heads off, God knows why they thought I was shaking, it can't be a good sign all the same.

I hate that! It's just when your drifting off! And u do this stupid whole body jerk and wake yourself up. It's kinda like the feeling you get when your falling or trippin up. Wierd!
