The mind is constantly creating "things to do".

I have an itch
I am hungry
I am angry
I must help that person.
I am owed 300 dollars
I must do this now.. so I can have this later..

it is a never ending trail of "I" statements..

I am GHOST
I am ceo of cheveron

your name is the basket that holds all these I's

If one does not REACT... and simply observes these "I" statements... one will get a glimpse of "THE I".. the ultimate I... WOW

When you are able to sit still and let enough "I" statements go by without reacting, the mind will start to up the ante... it will say.. I MUST GET UP NOW.. because I have this to do or I will die.....

your lucky if you make it that far..

another thing that will happen is you will let your gaurd down for a split second and your mind will take over.. and next thing you know you will be doing something...

itching something..

or be deep into thought about what your girlfriend said to you last night..

the opposite of birth is death..

so what is LIFE...? LIFE IS

i love da GHOST
