How do you break up Hash?

HAHA .. Not going to say FU because I know. Just because I didn't know how to handle hash because it's in a different form than a bud and I have never even touched the stuff I guess I've never smoked! =O And I never asked how to use it I just asked the most effective way! =O Another Shocker.
