I call it pot of weed or bud or whatever... it's all the same. Also, I hate being called a Stoner or a Pothead. I'm neither... I just smoke pot, why put a label on it?

I hate when people call it pot. My only guess on how they got the name is because it grows from a pot... And the government makes up some of these names to try and degrade us even further like 'dope' calling us dopey. They sicken me. *smokes some Cannabis*

i barley call it pot, i usually call it weed or bud. Sometimes i call it nugget. I call it marijuana more than pot.

I used to not like the terms pot or pothead. Still don't like being called a 'pothead', but my brain immediately connnects 'pot' with cannabis sativa. This may even be because 'pot' was the first term I was taught to recognize as the drug. More recently I've been trying to refer to it as the 'shrub', this all started when I was tripping in the woods, smoking a blunt and my friend acknowledged the 'shrubbery' on the other side of the lake. She said it funnily, and I laughed and laughed and hit the blunt until I spit up foam.
Don't mind being called a stoner, but I would appreciate it if the terms 'shrubhead' or 'shrubber' were more common.

yea i totally agree, when my parents say "pot" it drives me crazy cuz it makes it sound like some awful addictive drug. i call it weed.
