NO............NO.............No.
I think I covered it No.
Shultz Cactus plant food is closer to this type of plant. There are many nutrients available that are mixed precisely for this plant and they are the best. Advanced Nutrients and General Hydroponic are only 2 of the best around.

For dirt you should use foxfarm if you can find it or my personal fav is a cheap sterile soil mixed 50/50 with Perlite for fast quick drainage. You don't want any nutrients in your dirt you really want to be the one adding the nutrients when the plant needs it.
Flora grow and flora bloom are good nutrients for nubies. They are from General Hydro it's a one in all type of nutrient mix. You will need a meter to know when to water so you do not over water them. That is the single biggest mistake most new growers make is to over water them.
What type of light are you planning of using?

and just a note from the other side...
i use miracle grow for tomatoes during veg cycle and it has never failed me. just read the directions and dilute twice as much and apply no more than every other week. i have used the fancy, more costly ferts but saw no difference in the final outcome so i stick with what works for me. and just brought in over 6lbs of dried and manicured flowers off of 14 plants so i'd say it works ok...
and now back to the bubble bags...
