Well I would take advantage of the sealed room and add CO². If you have AC and can control the heat then why not take full advantage of the room? You would need exhaust for the Co² to clear the air and fans moving the air around. Using cooled hoods is almost a must so you will need an exhaust fan to pull air in from the outside through the lights and back out the other side. Did you say how you are going to grow them? Hydro, dirt farming or what?
