I dont understand the problems women seem to have orgasming. How could you be self-conscious about an orgasm? Why do you need so much foreplay to be turned on?

I am a girl, and these problems are really beyond me. I always hear how many girls cant orgasm without clitoral stimulation or oral, but I cant cum without penetration. These issues confuse me, I'm just glad I dont have them. Just by penetration, my boyfriend can make me cum in under 5 minutes, often much less (if he wants to, sometimes he teases me!). I usually come 2-3 times when we fuck.
