does some loser report them to the mod because they can't take the heat or does the mod just decide who he likes,

I was pretty messed up, i had to go to sleep at about 9, because i was so monged, lol. i felt like a bit of a pussy...the firecracker only had .8 in too...i didn't really know how much to put in, so i put in half a teenth...anyone else like these things?
