Falling asleep...
yes i have a great tip y0, ok before u go to bed, go take a bath a long one about 45 minutes get a lavender bubble bath and just relax....then drink tea chamomile works, then lay down and breathe in and out long breaths till u get sleepy it cuts a little oxygen to your head thats why i do it, but i fall right to sleep
hope u try this it does work, well for me it does anyway. If not get some kind of sleeping remedy pill...
Lola Reviewed by Lola on . Falling asleep... I'm having a rough time falling asleep. I just got a new job full time and I guess i'm excited for some reason. That's my only theory because I used to just play games and crap untill I was tired. The last 3 nights it took me 3 hours of laying in bed to fall asleep. Does anyone here have any tips? I've heard that green tea helps, anyone try this? I can't toke up because I have to get a drug test soon. I don't feel like chugging any nyquil either... If you have any thing that Rating: 5
