yes i have a great tip y0, ok before u go to bed, go take a bath a long one about 45 minutes get a lavender bubble bath and just relax....then drink tea chamomile works, then lay down and breathe in and out long breaths till u get sleepy it cuts a little oxygen to your head thats why i do it, but i fall right to sleep hope u try this it does work, well for me it does anyway. If not get some kind of sleeping remedy pill...
