Fan o KmK Reviewed by Fan o KmK on 10-19-2005. scent off bong. whats the best way to wash out your bong to get the scent off. i tried rubbing it down with a bit of listerine. seemed to do the trick but i was stoned off my ass so i duno. also, i put a strip of that listerine mouth wash stuff into the bong water, with some ice and cool water. omg. u can take like twice as big of hits. i didnt even know how much smoke i had in my lungs till i coughed and tons and tons just poured out of my mouth. its great, try it. thanks Rating: 5

Although i have never tried it, i hear if you mix some baking soda in with your water it will remove the smell pretty good, but wont clean it very well. My firend swears by it. he either leaves it in or washes it out.

well if u were not dumb, you would realize that it doesnt have a scent or taste, at least its extremly faint. You cant taste it at all.

You don't have to be 18 to go into a headshop. I went into a headshop that sold Tshirts and magazines and all kinds of stuff..you don't have to be 18 or older to purchase EVERYTHING in a headshop.

You have to be 18 here at our headshop in Canada. The main reason was, lots of underage kids were hanging out there asking to score weed. Says right on the door, MUST BE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER.

But ya, they might let you buy a t-shirt and clothes, but I'm 23, and I still get I.D'ed buying fuckin rolling papers, so........

Just use some Isopropanol Alcohol, 99%. This can be purchased at any drug store. After using the Iso in your bong, use some hot water to rinse the Iso out, and it should eliminate that smell.

this is a bit of a different question but still related, now above the usual water level, a brown resin forms around the inside of the bong (the belly or bulb). This is really hard to get out/clean, now i could care less about the resin, i just wished it looked better/newer. I have got the scent out, so thats not an issue, it is just hard to scrap all that gunky resin off out of the bong. Does anyone know a good/easy mehtod of getting that out? Im assuming boiling the bong untill it all comes off, or letting it soak in alchohol? I was wondering if there is a nice easy alternative to scrapping it (really tricky to do). Has anyone else had/have this problem?
