power usage
I recently came in to several lights 400w. Iam wary of the utility bills for these lights. Does anybody have any ideas as to how to cover this?? Does anybody have a source for alternate power to be able to hide the power usage?? I know we could use a generator, but I was looking for something not quite so expensive or noisy. What about wind?? What about solar?? Any ideas would be grearly appreciated

woody harrelson grows all his vegetables for an entire community w/wind and solar power...I have a windmill in the plans now for 2 years
