Yeah, I have seen them because I have traveled quite a bit in the corporate world (mostly to Brazil & Europe).

I guess I thought they only did fruit, but they do all agriculture right? They would detect it? Why are German SH used for drug dogs then?

I'm sure they would detect it. Beagles and hounds have the best sense of smell of all the dogs. German shepards and labs which are used for drug searching are a lot more intelligent type dogs and can better understand what their handler wants them to do. They are just better and easier dogs to work with. But the hounds can pick up scents and zero in on them a lot better, that's why they use them to find a broader range of substances. The smarter dogs are used almost exclusively for drugs.
