if cannabis is fully legalised then it would be done in coffee shops like the dam most likely, there wont be people selling kilos of it next to the tomatos, as it will not be that cheap.
and emperor you are speaking government spread bullshit, there are stronger plants now which come from cross breeding plants, but there is no technical shit to that, its all natural, the same happens with tomatos, which can actually be genetically modified, but that is not what happens to cannabis.
id safely swap any weed i could get now with some of the old hash they used to have.
