PC fu*ked up AGAINin [Run] type [MSCONFIG]

in the [Startup] tab untick everything but your firewall, anti-virus and spyware guard (aswell as other stuff: you should know what you want to start-up on your own PC)

if you are not sure check on a 'Start-Up List' database online at

 sysinfo

PC fu*ked up AGAINmake sure that neither of those programs are running before you take them off your startup list, because alot of nuisances like that will check if its on startup, and if its not re-add itself, so go to ctrl+alt+delete, click the processes tab, and make sure they arent running

 Then start>run>msconfig>startup
